Privacy policy

In short: the calculator sends your data nowhere, and the site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising. Below are the details the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) requires for https://naretke.pl.

1. Data controller

Radif Partners
49 rue du Ressort
63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France
kontakt@naretke.pl

Data protection requests go to the same address: kontakt@naretke.pl. No data protection officer has been appointed, as the GDPR does not require one for processing on this scale.

2. The calculator transmits nothing

Every calculation runs in your browser. Your gross pay, contract type, the reliefs you tick (PIT-2 form, youth relief), PPK or student status are never sent to a server, never stored and never linked to an identifier. There are no accounts and no sign-up.

One thing worth knowing: the calculator writes your inputs into the page address so that a finished calculation can be shared. That link therefore contains your figures (your gross pay, for instance), so send it only to people you want to see them. The address also stays in your browser history.

3. What is actually processed

Server logs at the hosting provider

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like any web server, GitHub receives the visitor's IP address and the technical details of each request. According to GitHub's documentation, visitor IP addresses are logged and stored for security purposes. We have no access to these logs and make no use of them. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): serving the site and protecting it against abuse. Retention is set by GitHub in its privacy statement.

Emails

If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply and, where relevant, to fix a calculation error (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep that correspondence for no longer than three years after the last exchange.

Analytics and advertising

The site currently uses no analytics tool of any kind (no Google Analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, nothing else) and shows no advertising. It does not load fonts or scripts from other domains either.

4. Who receives data

We never sell, rent or share personal data for marketing. Technical request data goes only to the hosting provider, and emails pass through our mail provider, which processes them on our behalf.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

GitHub, Inc. is based in the United States, so technical request data may be processed outside the EEA. GitHub's privacy statement describes the GDPR transfer mechanisms it relies on.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to kontakt@naretke.pl; we reply within one month, free of charge. Because there are no user accounts, we usually hold nothing that identifies you beyond any emails you sent, and we will tell you so plainly.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The controller is established in France, so the lead authority is the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (www.cnil.fr). If you live in Poland, you can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, Prezes UODO (uodo.gov.pl), under Article 77 GDPR.

7. No profiling

A calculator result is a computation you asked for, carried out on your own device from your own inputs. It has no legal effect and is not an automated decision within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. We build no user profiles.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever add an audience measurement tool or advertising, we will update this policy and the cookies page first, and only then switch the tool on. Where the law requires consent, you will be asked before anything is stored on your device. Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS), and the site keeps no user database.
